
I categorize my short stories, poems, prose etc., as fantasy/horror or generally Weird Fiction. They sometimes have a hint of Social Commentary standing with a drink in its hand and lurking like a creeper in the background of the party, listening to your conversations. My word for this form is “microfiction” that delves quickly and deeply into a character or situation to hopefully provide a thrill–or, at least raise a few questions or eyebrows. If you get the feeling that this Strangeness is not your style, or you are afraid of sex, cute woodland creatures or blood, then PLEASE! Don’t bother to read further. You are considered warned.
